The financial and health costs of a smoking habit makes the decision to continue on one you cant really explain in any sense except for the fact that as a smoker this is a habit that you love.
After I made my list I hung this list up on my shower mirror and also on my bedroom door. I wanted each day to see my motivation for changing my behavior this aided quite since quitting smoking is a decision one has to make everyday.
